- You prepare documents for archiving and archive them
- You manage the client master data control systems
- You maintain the department's internal documentation
- You are available for six months, preferably full-time
- You have a competed education equivalent to Austrian Matura; a relevant bachelor's degree is desirable
- Discretion, a strong willingness to learn, a precise and structured approach to work, and excellent organisational skills are among your strengths
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You are a reliable and flexible team player with a can-do attitude who remains composed and keeps track of priorities even under pressure
For this position, the yearly gross starting salary is at least EUR 42,000. The specific salary classification is based on the individual qualification and the professional experience relevant to the position. Additional voluntary benefits or variable remuneration are gladly pointed out in a personal conversation. The employment relationship is governed by the Collective Agreement for Employees of Banks and Bankers.
