JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated intern to join our Communications team. This role offers hands-on experience in internal and external communications, event coordination, and content creation.
What You'll Do:
Assist in planning and executing internal and external communication initiatives.
Support the development of Chinese communication strategies and related activities to support the organisation's vision and values.
Assist in planning media events such as press conferences to drive media engagement.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth execution of communication plans.
What You'll Learn:
Gain practical experience in managing internal and external communications.
Learn to plan and implement communication strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Develop skills in event coordination and media engagement.
REQUIREMENTS:
Who You Are:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Good writing proficiency in Mandarin.
Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work during weekends or outside regular hours when required.
Must have own transportation.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools.
Familiarity with Canva is an advantage.
Prior experience in event management is a plus.
