  • Help maintain shared trackers that reflect real-time program status across learning cohorts

Operational Rhythm & Administrative Support

  • Ensure all enrollment processes center on accessibility, transparency, and learner-first principles.
  • Partner with Product and Student Support teams to align admissions criteria with learner success indicators.
  • Identify barriers to enrollment and implement strategies to increase access for underrepresented communities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Mission Alignment

  • Support weekly and monthly operational cycles, ensuring all data is updated ahead of reporting deadlines
  • Assist in preparing materials for team meetings by ensuring the underlying data is accurate and complete
  • Assist in deploying surveys and organizing responses to support program feedback loops
  • Send structured communications (e.g., reminders, nudges) to team members and learners to support the tracking of program progression and completion
