Job Responsibilities
Work with the Capital Markets Team to achieve the Departments' growth strategy by providing business support to brokers and agents.
Work closely with Brokers and Agents in preparation of Pitch presentations and Marketing Materials
Conduct market scoping and market research under the guidance of senior team members
Prepare Client Reports and other related documents required to satisfy client needs and requirements.
Assist on deal-related administrative functions such as conducting Know-Your-Client (KYC) process and Billing Preparation
Liase and Coordinate with other administrative teams such as Admin and Finance with regard to deals being handled by the department.
Requirements
Have experience using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Have Good Oral and Written Communication skills
Have experience in preparing formal reports and presentations
Be comfortable reporting to the office Monday to Friday
Be comfortable to do field work and face to face client meetings
Be organized and capable of managing tasks efficiently
Knowledge on basic financial concepts (ROI, NPV) and Measures of return (Cap Rate, Yield) is preferred
