About Razorpay Rize:
Rize is Razorpay’s exclusive program tailored to the unique needs of emerging startups; from seamless company incorporation to startup-building programs, community support, and deep access to tools and resources. As part of the Rize Company Incorporation business team, you’ll be directly contributing to initiatives that impact thousands of founders in India’s dynamic startup ecosystem.
What You will Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Assist the business operations team in streamlining company registration services and related processes.
- Support in research and analysis for business strategy, startup trends, and market opportunities.
- Help in identifying and documenting potential cross-selling opportunities across our startup base.
- Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth execution and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Support vendor coordination and relationship management.
- Track and maintain basic performance metrics, dashboards, and reports for leadership visibility.
- Stay updated on incorporation/compliance requirements and assist in creating knowledge resources for founders.
- Provide general support across projects – from data analysis to presentations – as required by the team.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):
- Students currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Management, MBA ,Commerce, Law, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong interest in startups, business operations, and India’s incorporation/compliance ecosystem.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
- Analytical mindset, comfort with numbers and research.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, PPT/Docs is preferred.
