What's the role?
The Intern will support the Business Management team with a primary focus on reconciliations and data‑validation activities related to contractual terms, billing configuration and invoices. The role also provides general operational and administrative support across finance, compliance, and technology initiatives as required.
What you'll be doing
- Support reconciliations and validation of contractual terms, billing configuration, and invoices to help ensure billing completeness and accuracy.
- Gather and consolidate source data from multiple systems and stakeholders to support analyses and reviews.
- Document findings, prepare clear summary notes and basic workpapers for review by senior team members.
- Assist with maintaining project tracking (e.g., Monday.com) for reconciliation tasks and remediation actions.
- Use available automation and AI tools (e.g., BoxAI) to support data processing, with appropriate human review.
- Provide general Business Management support as needed: meeting preparation, action‑log updates, minute drafting, and basic regulatory documentation assistance.
The ideal background for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline (in progress or recently completed).
- 0–1 years’ experience; internships or coursework involving data analysis, accounting, or process work are advantageous.
- Comfortable working with Excel and with consolidating data from multiple sources.
- Strong attention to detail, methodical approach, and ability to produce clear written summaries.
- Good communication skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
- Preferred: Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com and a willingness to work with AI-assisted tools.
Role Location/Hybrid Schedule
This role is based in our Luxembourg office. Although the nature of most of the roles within Gen II cannot be classed as totally flexible, there is scope in some cases for a form of Agile Working. The different ways in which Agile Working can be undertaken is dependent on the demands and needs of the business, the office space available and the individual's preferences and circumstances.
