Plays an auxiliary role to support BI process and professionals. Working closely with Data Acquisition and Data Visualization groups, this role will develop supervised tasks that will support the process of new data sources integration, creation of new visualizations, enhancements to existing ones, and bug resolution, executing the triage of support tickets related to team activities, ensuring timely and effective updates and creation and update of internal documentation.
Required education:
- Computer engineering, software engineering, Information systems or equivalent.
Main Activities:
- Triage support tickets (JIRA), ensuring timely responses, updates and clear communication with requesters.
- Support the process of granting access to existing dashboards, according to appropriate JIRA tickets.
- Support the creation, update and maintenance of internal documentation of data sources and dashboards using tools such Alation.
- Support the creation, update and maintenance of internal process maps in WorkWeb.
- Support the creation, update and maintenance of internal procedures, workflows and guidelines using appropriates tools such as JIRA, RigOffice, etc.
Skills Required
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
- Ability to triage and manage support tickets using JIRA
- Experience or familiarity with Alation for documentation of data sources and dashboards
- Experience or familiarity with WorkWeb for process maps
- Experience or familiarity with RigOffice or similar tools for procedures and workflows
- Ability to support dashboard access provisioning and related ticket workflows
- Strong documentation skills for maintaining internal procedures and guidelines
