Who are we looking for?We are looking for an Intern, Business Conservation who is passionate about customer service and eager to gain hands-on experience in handling customer interactions and supporting business operations.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers, addressing inquiries, requests, complaints, or concerns in a professional manner
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience
Follow communication scripts and apply knowledge of company products and services when interacting with customers
Identify customer needs, research issues, and deliver appropriate solutions effectively
Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining service quality and efficiency
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and adapt
