Summary of Responsibilities:
We seek energetic and motivated students who want a comprehensive understanding of audit principles, business processes, and regulatory compliance needed to succeed in a business environment. This internship will allow you to apply what you’ve learned in school, further enhance your knowledge through hands-on training, and provide opportunities to network and learn with other interns and staff across the organization.Essential Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
• Support internal audit projects by performing testing and documenting results.
• Assist with risk assessments, data analysis, and process reviews.
• Help prepare audit reports and follow up on recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to understand key business processes.
• Participate in meetings to observe how audit findings drive improvement.
What You’ll Learn
• How internal audit strengthens governance, risk management, and control frameworks.
• The fundamentals of business process evaluation and compliance monitoring.
• How to communicate findings clearly and professionally.
• Ways to apply analytical thinking to solve business challenges.
What We’re Looking For
• Current student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and curiosity about how things work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other common business tools.

The pay range for this position is $21-23/hr. The pay range is a general guideline. Employment offers are evaluated individually and consider qualifications, experience and academic achievements.
