What you will accomplish with us
As an Intern – Associate, Investment Products and Platforms, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
UMA onboarding support ;
Provide trading support, including identifying and addressing trading errors, updating models in Croesus, and supporting the management of SMA and UMA accounts ;
Review new deposits, classify securities, and perform account setup validations ;
Participate in content management on Wealthlink, including updates, distribution of reports, and continuous improvement of published material ;
Provide operational and analytical support, including managing the IPP inbox, supporting advisor requests, and contributing to UMA projects by identifying efficiency opportunities, including the use of AI tools ;
Perform other related duties.

Is currently pursuing a university degree in a related field ;
Is recognized for strong written and verbal communication skills ;
Stands out for rigor in task execution ;
Demonstrates a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously ;
Is known for their strong analytical skills ;
Has intermediate to advanced knowledge of commonly used tools, including Excel and Bloomberg, and is comfortable using Copilot ;
Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves communicating verbally and in writing, collaborating on projects, and interacting with unilingual English-speaking colleagues on a daily basis.

The typical hiring range for this position is $23.50 to $29.50 CAD per hour; the base salary offered varies depending on years of study and the position status (student or intern).
