The Role

IMG Licensing global clients : NFL, UFC, WWE, Epic Games (Fortnite/Rocket League), McDonald’s, MoMA, etc.

IMG Licensing France – Clients : Stellantis (Citroën/DS, Peugeot, Opel/Vauxhall), 24 Hours of Le Mans, France Rugby, Ubisoft (Assassin’s Creed/Rainbow Six)

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

As part of the Licensing team based in IMG's Paris office, the intern/apprentice will be actively involved in supporting the development and execution of key automotive and sports licensing programs. His/her responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day relationships with existing licensees (brands) across selected licensing programs
  • Supporting the approval process of licensed product collections, from concept to final execution
  • Assisting in the creation and enhancement of marketing tools and client-facing presentations to support business development and brand visibility
  • Coordinating marketing and communication follow-ups related to licensed product launches, in close collaboration with the client (Licensor)
  • Conducting regular competitive monitoring and market research to identify new product launches and emerging trends within the sports and automotive licensing industries.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Graduate-level profile (BAC+5), ideally from a business school or university, with a solid academic background in Marketing, Sales or Communication. This opportunity is open to candidates in the final stage of their studies, whether as a full-time internship or as part of a work-study program, looking to grow within a dynamic and international environment.

Skills and Abilities

We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual with the following qualities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, essential for working in an international environment
  • Open-mindedness, a genuine willingness to learn, and natural curiosity
  • A rigorous mindset, combined with comfort working with figures and activity reports (note: this is not a finance role, but a marketing-oriented position requiring basic financial follow-up skills)
  • A personal interest in sports, brand marketing, and creative brand partnerships
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.

Hours of Work : 35h/week

Internship or Apprenticeship / start : July or September 2025
