Overview
Chi Networks, a Chicago-headquartered IT company with a strong presence in India, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven enthusiastic and skilled MIS / Data & Reporting Intern to join our growing team in New Delhi. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are strong in Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and data analytics. You will work closely with Operations, Sales, NOC/SOC, and Management teams to create dashboards, automate reports, and analyze performance trends.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for Operations and Management
Build dashboards and visual analytics in Google Sheets, Power BI or Tableau
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data
Create automated reports using formulas, pivot tables, and scripts
Maintain data accuracy, formatting, and integrity across reporting systems
Analyze performance metrics and highlight trends, exceptions, and insights
Create Google Sheets dashboards with advanced formulas, lookups, filters, and pivot tables.
Support ad-hoc data requests from management and internal teams.
Requirements
Qualifications
BCA / BBA / B.Tech / B.Sc (IT/Maths/Stats) / MBA / PGDM / Data Analytics course
Certifications in SQL / BI tools (preferred but not mandatory)
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Array formulas, Query function, Filters, Conditional formulas, Charts, etc.)
Strong understanding of SQL (queries, joins, aggregations, grouping, views)
Experience with Power BI or Tableau (dashboard creation, data modeling preferred)
Basic knowledge of data cleansing and data visualization
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with large data sets accurately
Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Location & Additional Details
Work Days & Timings: Monday to Friday 10AM-7PM

Location: New Delhi, India
Mandatory: Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to New Delhi for this position.
Internship Certificate provided
May convert to full-time based on performance
Skills Required
- BCA, BBA, B.Tech, B.Sc. in IT, Mathematics, or Statistics, MBA, PGDM, or a Data Analytics course
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups, pivot tables, array formulas, filters, conditional formulas, charts, and query functions
- Strong SQL knowledge, including queries, joins, aggregations, grouping, and views
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau; data modeling preferred
- Basic knowledge of data cleansing and data visualization
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work accurately with large datasets
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
