Job Description
The Intern Analytics is responsible for supporting the reporting analytic role by using their knowledge of data processing, reporting and analysis to provide a clear view to leadership allowing them to make decisions based on data. Their duties include creating reports based on their findings and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine the success of business. The candidate will work mainly in the service department and will have interaction with the service leaders in daily basis and provide service insights as “utilization % of workforce” and “time to close an SR”.

- Educational Background in IT, Systems Engineering, or Related Fields
Main activities:
Support Reporting Analyst to create, develop, and maintain reports, datasets, ad hoc requests and dashboards for the service managers and service leadership using system tools and databases. Leverage and review data and information to monitor reporting performance against agreed service industry metrics.
Support on Creation of new tableau dashboards, complex data projects, automatization of current reports and identifying future reporting related to the service business.
