                                                        Job Description

   Grade Intern:

Position Title:  Intern/Analyst

  

  • The Intern/Analyst is a key member of BAaaS team and is involved deliverable of key projects.
  • Analyst primary responsibility will be ensuring the accuracy of the information.
  • Analytical capabilities and hands-on work experience in Data Cleaning & Analysis-related activities. Key Responsibilities:
    • Data Collection: Gather and compile data from various sources.
    • Data Cleaning: Ensure data quality by identifying and correcting errors.
    • Data Analysis: Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate insights.
    • Reporting: Create visualizations and reports to present findings.
    • Support: Assist senior analysts with ongoing projects and tasks.
    • Research: Conduct research to identify trends and patterns.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of methodologies and results.
    • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.
    • Learning: Continuously develop skills in data analytics tools and techniques.
    • Presentation: Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Qualification & Skills:

  • B. Tech, BS or Business Administration, Post-Graduation in Statistics, B Pharma & M Pharma
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Very strong detail orientation
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Service/Project/program management skills
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, process-thinking skills with the ability to develop consensus and drive to action
  • Ability to work in a large, multi-cultural and complex global matrix environment
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Must possess good communication, problem solving skills and have a strong customer focus
  • Fast learner, proactive
  • Languages: Fluency in English required
  • Must have understanding of database concepts
  • Good in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Tech Skill – PBI, SQL, Phyton
  • Added value: Understand healthcare (pharma) industry terminologies
    • Experience in Pharma - analytics/ consulting/ KPO required
