Responsabilidades e atribuições
Relacionamento com Parceiros:
- Apoiar novos parceiros durante o processo de Onboarding no ecossistema Google Cloud.
- Realizar atendimentos por e-mail e Google Meeting.
- Auxiliar parceiros no esclarecimento de dúvidas relacionadas aos programas Google.
- Acompanhar solicitações e garantir a correta execução dos processos de habilitação.
Operação e Processos:
- Apoiar processos de criação e validação de contas de parceria Google.
- Auxiliar na coleta de informações necessárias para resolução de problemas técnicos e operacionais.
- Realizar acompanhamento e atualização de controles internos.
- Apoiar abertura e acompanhamento de tickets junto às áreas responsáveis quando necessário.
Enablement e Capacitação:
- Apoiar a divulgação de treinamentos e programas de capacitação, webinars, workshops e eventos para parceiros.
- Atualizar materiais de apoio, FAQs e documentações internas.
- Apoiar iniciativas de desenvolvimento e crescimento do ecossistema de parceiros.
Análise e Indicadores:
- Atualizar dashboards e controles operacionais.
- Monitorar status de Onboarding e evolução dos parceiros.
- Elaborar relatórios simples de acompanhamento.
Conhecimentos e qualificações desejadas
- Interesse na área de tecnologia e Cloud.
- Cursando ensino superior na área de TI ou áreas correlatas.
- Excelente comunicação para contato com clientes.
- Inglês e Excel intermediário.
