AI-Native Development Intern
Join Ericsson's Router 6000 NT&CI team as we build AI-native quality engineering and digital workforce solutions. You will work with experienced engineers to develop AI agents, automation tools, and intelligent workflows that improve software quality, delivery efficiency, and developer experience.
What You'll Do
- Build AI agents and multi-agent workflows for quality engineering, CI/CD, release governance, and software delivery.
- Develop web tools, dashboards, APIs, and reusable toolchains for engineering productivity.
- Integrate AI models, enterprise knowledge bases, and automation platforms.
- Explore and prototype technologies such as LLM applications, RAG, knowledge graphs, AI-assisted software engineering, and agentic workflows.
- Hands-on experience in AI agent development, AI-native quality engineering, multi-agent orchestration, digital workforce platforms, and autonomous delivery systems.
- The opportunity to contribute to real AI transformation initiatives within Ericsson's software development and delivery process.
You will bring
- Current Bachelor's or Master's student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Interest or project experience in AI agents, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, machine learning, knowledge bases, or frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with curiosity and a willingness to learn.
- Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing and switching, cloud networking, SDN, or network automation) is a plus.
- Projects, research, competitions, or open-source contributions in AI, software engineering, automation, or DevOps are a strong advantage.
- Available full-time or at least 3 days per week; an internship of 6 months or longer is preferred, able to obtain university approval where required.
