With our historic growth, it is an exciting time to join our team of employee-owners.Our Austin Office is seeking a curious and analytical AI Business Process Developer Intern to join our team during the 2027 Summer Intern Program.
In this role, you will study our current business workflows, and design AI-powered solutions to eliminate manual work. You will act as a bridge between non-technical business teams and technical systems, using modern AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, and automation platforms) to redesign how we work.
This is an on-site internship. Relocation or housing assistance is not provided for this opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
- Assists project team members with various support tasks.
- Conducts basic research and data collection.
- Maintains records, collections and files related to specific projects.
- Assist in the development of graphics, presentation materials and reports.
- Performs other duties assigned.
What You’ll Need:
- Enrolled in a related undergraduate or graduate program
What We Prefer:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and C#.
- Familiarity with AI platforms and tools such as Stack AI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and ChatGPT.
- Demonstrates curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
