The Role
Support document and records management: classify, archive, register and maintain technical and personnel files. Handle borrow/return tracking, archive room upkeep, shared-drive permissions, factory administrative tasks (welfare distribution, meal recharge, employee exam coordination, water and overtime vehicle statistics), manage company seals, ensure archive storage protection, and follow safety, environmental and quality management requirements. Perform other duties assigned by leadership.

【主要岗位职责】

1. 健全信息管理体系

1)严格管控信息资料,合理对信息资料分类存档,定期整理检查管理;

2)对借阅资料进行登记,认真检查到期归还的资料是否完整无缺,发现问题及时报告和处理;

3)按有关规定对信息资料进行例行的保养、管理或销毁。

2. 文件管理

1)配合相关人员查询存档文件;

2)对项目负责人移交的设备技术资料进行标识、建档、存放;

3)对借阅技术资料进行登记;

4)负责对档案室的文件、书籍进行管理,按照一定的顺序进行分类,并在档案袋或文件夹外贴上明显的标识,注明内装具体内容。

5)福利领取及发放;

6) 员工餐费充值申请及查询;

7)员工体检现场布置及秩序维护;

8)工厂月度饮用水统计及协调工作;

9)加班及大班车辆统计;

10)工厂印章管理及盖章文件归档整理;

11)共享盘权限管理。

3. 其它

做好库房的防水、防火、防虫、防晒、防盗工作; 认真做好档案入库的接受、保管、统计工作。

4. 遵守与执行体系要求

1)认真贯彻执行国家及行业管理部门有关环境保护、安全生产法规和政策;

2)严格执行安全环境管理制度,安全操作规程,遵章守纪,防止发生事故;

主动发现各类环境安全事故隐患并积极报告整改;

4)积极参加各项环境安全培训和活动,提出合理化建议。

5)遵循国家和政府有关劳动、人事、教育培训、企业标准、民事诉讼、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求;

6)负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作。
