二、任职资格
教育程度:
1、本科及以上学历;
2、工科专业,机械、汽车类专业优先;
3、工作经历优先可适当放宽条件
工作经验:
至少3年工作经验,1年以上汽车行业质量管理方面工作经验
专业技能要求:
1、理解公司质量体系 ;
2、熟悉制造工艺,特别是齿轮加工及齿轮箱装配
3、掌握质量工具知识,熟悉几何尺寸&形位公差,熟练掌握8D ;
4、分析变速箱失效的技术能力;
能力要求:
具备较强的质量管理能力,较强的组织、协调能力及沟通能力等,熟悉公司的工艺流程、变速器及零件的工作原理
其他特殊要求:
*如有相关工作经验或者表现优异,或应届毕业生表现优异者,以上任职资格要求可适当放宽
四、主要岗位职责
.过程质量: 负责并组织相关区域FTQ/不合格品问题的处理; 组织FTQ/不合格品评审 ; 与SQM,进货检验一同协调影响管理区域的外购件质量问题的处理 ; 负责并组织针对质量问题的围堵和纠正措施的实施; 参与提高下线质量水平,支持NVH和换挡性能的下线评审; 通过培训和审核,确保SPC的正确实施;
7)确保问题解决会议上讨论的ICA和PCA的有效和持续实施;
.过程审核/产品审核: 审核管理区域,作为LPA审核系统的一部分; 确保ICA/PCA清单是最新状态,并作为主管的日常检查表 ; 负责工厂装配/机加区域的过程审核; 审核产品/过程审核的月度计划和年度计划实施; 参与工厂质量的年度过程审核; 跟进不同层面的过程审核中问题点的纠正措施的有效实施;
3.新项目:
参与新项目装配方面的PFMEA的评审; 签署本职责范围内的新项目装配区域FMEA和控制计划 ,参与LRR评审/会议; 按新项目要求组织过程审核及全尺寸检测,并提供审核报告和新产品检测报告和Ppk;协助新购设备的验收;
4. 快反及问题解决小组:
支持日常快反会议 ;
2)参与8D或者六西格玛问题解决小组 ;
3)负责对过程质量进行评估;
5.过程变更:
负责装配区域过程和产品变更的质量评估;
2)参与过程和设计变更的FMEA评审;
评审装配区域过程/产品变更的控制计划;
6 .过程控制:
1)按体系要求组织对制造过程中发现的不合格品进行评审;
2)对不合格品处理情况进行确认;
3)组织对SPC未达标项目的CCAR确认及改进状态跟进;
7.0公里及售后问题解决:
1)与驻场工程师一起处理客户方出现的质量问题。
2)负责解决客户的质量问题,并编制8D报告
3)与客户合作,共同推进内部流程的优化改进。
8. 体系管理:
参与过程控制体系文件的编制; 遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求 负责本业务范围的质量管理体系、EHS管理体系工作
4、参与维护、监督质量体系和环境管理体系的运行管理,确保质量环境管理体系在组织内有效的运行;负责公司内审及外部审核中的陪审、跟踪涉及的装配质量管理方面的CCAR改进情况

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Engineering major; mechanical or automotive preferred
- Minimum 3 years work experience; at least 1 year in automotive quality management
- Understanding of company quality management systems
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, especially gear machining and gearbox assembly
- Knowledge of quality tools, geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T), proficient in 8D
- Ability to analyze transmission/gearbox failures
- Experience implementing and ensuring correct SPC execution
- Experience conducting process and product audits (LPA) and follow-up on corrective actions
- Experience participating in PFMEA, control plan reviews, and new-project quality activities
- Experience creating 8D reports and participating in Six Sigma problem-solving teams
- Familiarity with quality management system documentation, internal/external audit support, and EHS requirements
