Working hour: Monday to Friday (8.00am - 5.30pm)

Job Scope
  1. Support the Admin Department in daily administrative operations, documentation, coordination, improvement projects and office activities.

  2. Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks.

  3. Prepare, organize and maintain documents, records and filing systems.

  4. Assist in data entry, updating records and preparing simple reports.

  5. Assist in preparing letters, memos, forms, meeting materials and other documents.

  6. Handle photocopying, scanning, printing and document distribution.

  7. Assist in coordinating meetings, events and internal company activities.

  8. Assist in monitoring office supplies and maintaining proper inventory records.

  9. Assist with staff-related administrative matters and enquiries.

  10. Assist in coordinating with internal departments, suppliers and service providers when required.

  11. Support the Admin team in company projects, activities and ad-hoc assignments.

  12. Assist with tasks that may involve handling items for Chinese prayer/festival-related arrangements, as part of office and event coordination duties.

  13. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3.0 CGPA & MUET 3.5 band

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

  • Good organizational and time-management skills.

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.

  • Attention to detail and able to maintain confidentiality.

  • Good attitude, punctuality and willingness to take on new tasks.

  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin would be an added advantage.

  • At least 3 months internship.

  • Preference given to candidates who are able to commence and complete their internship from end of February 2027 onwards; candidates available before this period will not be considered.

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Business Management or other related disciplines.

Skills Required
