Key Responsibilities
Support the GL team with daily accounting operations and month-end close activities
Assist with reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis
Participate in process improvement and automation projects to enhance efficiency
Help document accounting procedures and internal controls
Conduct research and analysis on accounting issues and projects as assigned
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad hoc initiatives
Support the team with data validation, reporting, and system testing
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and a willingness to ask questions (we like curiosity here)
Preferred Qualifications (optional)
Prior internship or coursework related to accounting or finance
Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems
Interest in pursuing a career in accounting or finance
