JOB PROFILE

Provide for effective communication to create an environment of team work and coordination across numerous groups to gather and disperse multi party input for project implementation.

• development and maintain Site level Excellence Projects
• create and maintain project plans, including schedules, communication plans, scope documents, and stakeholder analysis; entering and maintaining project data in Micron’s sharepoint and coordinating project meetings; developing meeting presentations, agendas, minutes; tracking and following up on action items and open risks and issues; and leading special projects as required.
• Will work in a multi-discipline team environment as well as special projects as required
• Improve communication with project leaders and visibility into status, milestones and timelines of all requests and projects.
• Must be able to develop and maintain positive, cooperative, team-oriented relationships with coworkers, supervisors, managers, clients, and others in contact with on the job.

Stay up to date with the assigned projects’ progress

• Utilize collaborative workspaces containing workflows, documents and approvals.
• Participate in project meetings
• Must regularly exercise independent and professional judgment and discretion in making job-related decisions as it relates to the schedule.

Solve problems utilizing defensible problem analysis techniques, and documenting the results.

• Methodically works through and solves problems in areas.
• Uses data to a define problem statement of What , Where, when, and extent.
• Documents problem analysis and resolution
• Creates accurate Lessons learned documents in a timely manner.
• Does not readily jump to conclusions.
• Drives problem resolution to root cause.
• Leads others in real time problem solving

To be self driven and committed to the project engineer position and responsibilities by meeting deliverables and successfully work with little supervision.

• Manages time effectively and works extra hours required to support area and fab.
• Ability to make decisions with limited information
• Takes on and completes extra projects
• Can be counted on to always complete an assigned task
• Prioritizes tasks effectively
• Defines realistic, specific, goals and objectives for personal growth
