We invite a proactive, organized, and highly motivated Training Specialist with excellent communication skills and a mature, agile mindset to join our Training team within the Dev.Pro University department. In this role, you’ll manage various training activities, work with external vendors, and oversee contracts and payments. You'll also collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance the efficiency of our educational programs and create meaningful training experiences for Dev.Pro contractors.

✅ Is that you?
- 2+ years of experience in Learning and Development (preferably in IT)
- Strong skills in planning and coordinating training activities
- Experience managing contracts, payments, and stakeholder relations
- Experience communicating with external training service vendors
- Budget tracking, estimation, and time-management skills
- Intermediate+ English level (strong written communication)
- Proficiency in Google Sheets
- Attention to detail; strong ability to work independently
- Effective skills in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting training data
- Understanding of various educational formats and adult learning principles
Desirable:
- Ability to proactively research and implement new tools in educational projects
- Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance educational initiatives
- Experience in automating and optimizing educational programs/courses via LMS
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you'll handle a wide range of complex operational and organizational tasks, supporting our training efforts and helping our teams develop skills aligned with business needs and individual career goals.
- Coordinate and organize various training activities
- Communicate with external trainers and vendors, managing their contracts
- Track vendor payments and monitor training budgets
- Maintain and update training documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy
- Process and analyze large volumes of information, assess results quality, and transform these into clear reports for stakeholders
- Create and deliver effective presentations
- Lead kick-off meetings with internal teams
- Research and implement new training tools and technologies
- Create promotional content for training events
- Oversee and update landing pages for training programs
