- Diagnose and resolve application issues independently, applying technical experience and established precedents to implement effective, lasting solutions.
- Guide and coach junior analysts, sharing technical knowledge to strengthen team capability and delivery quality.
- Assess risk considerations in technical decisions, ensuring application changes align with compliance standards and safeguard Citi's systems and clients.

- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven capacity to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt effectively to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
- Experience designing or supporting data processing pipelines and ETL workflows in a financial services or enterprise context.
- Familiarity with application security practices, including vulnerability assessment and structured debugging methodologies.
- Prior experience acting as a subject matter resource for senior stakeholders or cross-functional technology teams.
