One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an experienced Intermediate Project Manager to support a potential Federal Government client in Washington, DC. The selected candidate will provide project management and operational oversight in support of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Privacy Act, privacy compliance, policy, communications, and administrative activities. This role will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, managing project personnel and deliverables, monitoring performance, and working closely with Government stakeholders to ensure program requirements are successfully met.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day project activities and contract requirements.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Government stakeholders regarding project operations and administrative matters.
  • Coordinate personnel supporting FOIA processing, privacy compliance, policy and oversight, technical support, communications, and administrative functions.
  • Monitor project performance, workload, priorities, deliverables, and established deadlines.
  • Manage the assignment and tracking of FOIA activities and case-processing priorities.
  • Support compliance with established FOIA processing timelines and performance requirements.
  • Prepare project status reports detailing accomplishments, task progress, issues, resolutions, recommendations, and upcoming activities.
  • Participate in recurring meetings with Government stakeholders to discuss deliverables, project status, priorities, and emerging issues.
  • Identify operational challenges and coordinate appropriate solutions and process improvements.
  • Coordinate additional staffing and resources during peak workloads or short-suspense requirements.
  • Ensure project personnel comply with applicable Government security, privacy, records management, and administrative requirements.
  • Collaborate with Government leadership, project staff, analysts, technical personnel, and administrative teams to maintain effective program operations.
  • Support continuity of operations and ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
  • Perform additional project management and operational support duties as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Approximately 3–10 years of relevant project management or program management experience.
  • Experience managing projects, personnel, workloads, deliverables, and competing priorities.
  • Experience coordinating with clients, program leadership, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing project reports, status updates, briefings, and management documentation.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical, analytical, and administrative personnel.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and comply with Government security and privacy requirements.
  • Must be able to undergo and successfully pass the required Federal background investigation.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Washington, DC.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience supporting a Federal Government agency or federal contracting environment.
  • Experience supporting FOIA, Privacy Act, privacy compliance, records management, or information disclosure programs.
  • Knowledge of Federal FOIA and Privacy Act requirements and processes.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a Government environment.
