Responsible for deployment and continued support of mission-critical network infrastructure systems in the areas of Route/Switch, Security concepts, and Wireless technologies. Tasks include coordinating cross-functional teams for the deployment and support of physical/virtual network infrastructure. This role also manages Enterprise Network projects, including building new sites or converting/rebuilding acquired sites.
Serves as a resource for the Enterprise Network Analyst Team in coordinating and deploying network-related projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. Manages and participates in the monitoring, optimization, and diagnosis of network systems, providing documentation detailing root cause analysis and proposing resolution options.
Participates in business planning meetings to recommend cost-effective network solutions that meet capacity, scalability, and performance requirements. Documents administrative items, projects, and support issues to provide references for team members, other teams, and management.
Completes incidents and requests according to organizational requirements. Shares technical and non-technical knowledge with team members formally and informally to improve skills and build team cohesiveness.
Submits status reports to the team manager and provides verbal updates during team meetings.

Provides network support for the deployment of infrastructure network topology architecture, processes, and reports, investigating functionality issues related to application connectivity, security, and system configurations.
Performs network administration tasks, including installation, configuration, onboarding of network devices, and implementation of maintenance processes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven skills in both verbal and written communication. [Required]
Ability to understand and implement LAN/WAN networks including topics such as OSI model, TCP/IP protocols, subnetting, DHCP pools, and Ethernet. [Required]
Proven skills with Cisco platforms such as Cisco Catalyst Switches, Cisco ASR and ISR Routers. [Required]
Experience with Wireless Controllers, Access Points, and management systems. [Required]
Technical writing skills. [Preferred]
Proven skill in Project management of Network related projects. [Preferred]
Experience with Cisco Voice, Nexus Switches, Cisco ISE, Cisco ASA, and Palo Alto Firewalls. [Preferred]
Experience producing predictive surveys for wireless coverage. [Preferred]
Experience with planning network architecture with cross-functional application, business, technical teams, and third-party vendors. [Preferred]

Work Experience:
3+ years experience in supporting network infrastructure platforms such as cisco switches, asr and isr routers, vpn and wireless. [Required]
5+ years experience in the support of an enterprise network platform in a 24x7 environment, including platforms such as route switch, wireless, and security. [Required]
Experience working in healthcare or other 24x7 environment. [Preferred]

Pay Range:
$54,680.66 - $101,717.57Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
