Manages multiple projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and scope-compliant delivery. Facilitates the development of project scope statements, defining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts to develop Work Breakdown Structures and project schedules, identifying predecessors, dependencies, and critical paths. Negotiates and influences cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate resourcing levels are engaged and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Evaluates actual progress, provides regular schedule updates, and manages conflicts, issues, and risks through to resolution. Proactively manages changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, identifying impacts and providing recommendations. Updates project tracking systems to monitor details including resource allocation, change requests, issues, risks, overdue tasks, key decisions, milestones, and deliverables, providing formal and ad hoc reports as needed.
