Founded in 2000, Kaseya was built by builders - and we're still building. We look for people who create rather than wait, who see a hard problem and lean in, and who treat challenges as raw material. At Kaseya, everyone plays a role in shaping the future of IT: whether you're in engineering, product, sales, marketing, customer support, or operations, your work helps protect, defend, and optimize IT environments across the globe.

We're building teams that grow, perform, and make an impact. If you're driven by the itch to make things better - a product, a process, a career - you'll fit right in.

At Kaseya, we don't just raise the bar. We build it.

Kaseya is a global leader in IT management and security software, helping businesses enhance their operations and safeguard their digital infrastructure. As part of our creative team, you’ll help shape and elevate the Kaseya brand through design, working on a variety of projects that range from event branding to digital experiences.

We're looking for a versatile Intermediate Designer who can bring fresh ideas to life across digital, print, and event design. You’ll work closely with senior creatives, marketing teams, and stakeholders to create impactful visuals that support Kaseya’s brand and business goals.

  • Design Execution: Create visually engaging designs for digital ads, social media, web, print materials, event branding, keynotes, and more.

  • Brand Consistency: Uphold Kaseya’s visual identity across all design deliverables, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across digital, print, and multimedia assets.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Contribute innovative design solutions that address business needs and creatively solve design challenges across various media and formats.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all design work is executed with attention to detail, aligning with Kaseya’s high standards for quality, consistency, and brand integrity.
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay informed of industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and tools to keep Kaseya’s design aesthetic fresh and engaging.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4–6 years of experience in graphic design or a related field, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates experience across a variety of design disciplines, including digital, print, branding, and marketing collateral.
  • Design Expertise: Proficiency in design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Advanced skills in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to design, ensuring that all assets are polished, consistent, and aligned with Kaseya’s standards.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, providing thoughtful design solutions and feedback.
  • Adaptability: Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
