Maintain safe and stable production operations
Set and achieve production goals in EHS/quality/schedule attainment/productivity/cost, etc.
Transfer Momentive silicones global process technology and new product to the plant by going through NPI/NPT process
Lead and implement Capex as well as improvement projects as operations representative, and ensure safe and on-time startup
Develop operations SOP and conduct training/qualification to operators
Ensure good on-site management of raw materials, conduct monthly stock taking, and work with sourcing team for new raw material qualification
Conduct root cause analysis and implement follow-ups of un-planned events and near miss from EHS/quality/operations perspectives
Drive cycle time reduction, asset capacity increasing and operations efficiency optimization in responsible area
Implement Operation Excellence program and CI (continuous improvement) initiatives
Promote safety, quality and CI culture in operations
Liaise with all site functional teams, global engineering, China process, R&D, supply chain, sourcing, marketing and sales teams as well as customers for operations related activities
Follow FMEA and control plan to execute production, and modify FMEA and control plan in case of changes.
Use analysis tools like control chart to analyze production capability Engage and take charge of responsible line capacity analysis
Lead discussion and draft of process map, FMEA, control plan, special characteristics identification and control.
