Responsible for process analysis and redesign using qualitative and quantitative methods to improve Finance and Supply Chain Shared Services processes. This position participates in analyzing business processes and making recommendations to support strategic goals. Additionally, this role develops measurement strategies, reporting systems, and auditing processes. In addition, this position provides consulting assistance to leaders within the organization. Ensures effective communication and collaboration to drive results and improvements.
- Analyzes and interprets all Shared Services functions, including Support Center, Procurement, Data Integrity, AP, Accounting, and Payroll, for end-to-end process assessment.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement through qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Develops and implements measurement strategies, reporting systems, and auditing processes to track efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Provides consulting assistance to leaders within the organization to support strategic goals.
- Reviews and evaluates existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Designs and implements sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements.
- Balances multiple projects by updating project documentation, keeping organized notes, and delivering timely results.
- Participates in business solutions conversations by building relationships with other teams and personnel.
- Presents data findings and interpretations in meetings, relating them to business cases to support proposed improvements.
- Interfaces and collaborates with other business functions as required, including iSynergy, Security, SCIT, Corporate, and other facilities.
- Executes strategy, solution design, automation, configuration management, functional testing, and application tools support.
