Job Description:

Intermediate AE

Global Job Summary: Engineer’s responsibilities include defining and evaluating Battery Management System products (AFE), developing reference circuits, developing reference driver firmware, writing datasheets and application/design notes, and providing application support and technical training. The focus is on battery monitoring and protection IC so for example BMS AFE products.

Main Responsibilities 工作职责:

1: Work with field applications team and collaborate with technical marketing to define and debug BMS-AFE products; 跟现场应用及市场团队合作，收集市场技术信息，定义并调试BMS-AFE芯片

2: Evaluate new products and generate reports; 评估新产品并撰写测试报告;

3: Develop application reference circuits; 设计参考电池管理系统线路图

4: Develop application reference firmware ; 设计参考电池管理系统软件代码；

5: Write datasheets, application notes, design notes; 撰写产品规格书，应用设计手册;

6: Make effective system and Provide application support and technical training for key customers and field application engineers. 向现场应用工程师及主要客户提供技术支持和技术培训.

Required Qualifications 工作要求:

1. MSEE, or an equivalent degree, and at least two years of Analog / Mixed–Signal IC work experience, or Bachelor degree and at least five years of Analog / Mixed–Signal IC work experience; 应具硕士及等效学历，2年以上模拟或混合信号IC相关工作经验。或者本科学历5年以上相关工作经验;

2. Excellent knowledge and understanding of written and spoken English, fluent in spoken English优秀的英语听说读写能力，口语流利;

3. Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills; 良好的沟通，撰写及做报告的能力;

4. Excellent team work spirit and execution; 良好的团队合作精神，执行力;

5. Good hardware circuit design and debugging skills; 良好的硬件电路实现，调试能力;

6. Ability to understand and analyze complex analog and power electronic circuit; 具备深入理解以及分析复杂的模拟电路及电力电子线路的能力;

7. Familiar with communication protocols (i.e. I2C, SPI, UART, etc); 熟悉通信协议（如 I2C, SPI, UART等).

Preferred qualifications

1. Ability to analyze the BMS protection strategy; 具备分析BMS的保护策略;

2. Major in Power Electronics or related; 电力电子专业或相关专业;

3. Working experience of BMS system, electric bicycle/car...，具备BMS基本功能及基本性能要求，锂电池的保护板在电动自行车或者汽车设计开发经验；

4. Familiar with lithium battery voltage curve, electrical behavior and safe operating region; 熟悉锂电池电压曲线，电气行为和安全工作区域;

5. Familiar with the instrument SCPI command; 熟悉仪器控制命令。具备嵌入式系统编程经验者更佳;

6. Experience on WPF GUI development; 具备WPF 图像界面的开发经验.
