Manage all aspects of your portfolio, including new business, renewals, retention, pricing discussions and day‑to‑day broker needs.
Support onboarding of new brokers and nurture long‑term relationships across the broker network.
Deliver high‑quality customer care—taking ownership of issues, following best practice, and working with internal teams to resolve queries.
Maintain exceptional service standards aligned with Sales Management guidelines, internal compliance and regulatory requirements.
Handle complaints effectively and escalate when needed.
Keep product and service knowledge up to date so you can confidently support broker partners and consultatively sell our solutions.
Monitor competitor activity and share insights with colleagues to strengthen our market position.
Build positive internal relationships across Bupa Global, working collaboratively to resolve complex cases and support continuous improvement.
Deliver sales activity—including renewal conversations, objection handling, quoting, policy changes, billing queries, and managing lapses.
Make outbound calls to generate new opportunities and secure leads across the region.
Manage administrative tasks effectively alongside daily broker interactions.
Support a continuous improvement culture—identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance performance.
Live Bupa’s values, acting as a role model for positive conduct and customer‑centric behaviour.

A background in global health insurance, or transferable experience from financial services.
Experience working within regulatory frameworks and managing third‑party relationships.
Strong understanding of the sales cycle, including pricing, risk management, distribution and product development.
