What you will do:

  • Develop and present creative concepts for retail and hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand identity.
  • Translate conceptual designs into detailed architectural plans and technical drawings using tools like Vectorworks, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure designs meet project timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.
  • Lead or contribute to the development of high-end store interiors, hospitality spaces, and innovative retail concepts for a diverse international clientele.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and innovative practices to continuously elevate project outcomes

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with a focus on retail or hospitality design preferred.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience as an interior and/or retail architect.
  • Proficient in Vectorworks, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with strong graphic presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial and results-oriented, with the ability to independently manage projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
