  • Partner closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, IT, and organizational leadership.
  • Provide guidance related to Total Rewards technology, HRIS, benefits administration platforms, compensation systems, analytics, and vendor integrations.
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, workforce trends, costs, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead and support the existing Total Rewards team while providing continuity, accountability, and direction.
  • Support senior leadership and appropriate governance committees with Total Rewards strategy, analysis, and recommendations.
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with significant responsibility for compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Total Rewards strategy within a large, complex, multi-location organization.
  • Experience in healthcare or another highly regulated, labor-intensive environment strongly preferred.
  • Strong compensation and benefits expertise, including vendor management, financial analysis, compliance, and program governance.
  • Experience partnering with senior organizational leadership.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen.
  • Ability to quickly assess an environment, establish credibility, and move work forward.
  • Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required; master's degree preferred.
