    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Interim Outbound Specialist to support our outreach efforts during a critical seasonal period. This role will focus on engaging with patients through outbound calls, messages, and follow-ups to ensure they have completed essential steps such as insurance updates, prescription refills, and coupon opt-ins for the new year.

    The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct outbound outreach (calls, SMS, emails) to patients to:

      • Confirm and update insurance information

      • Encourage prescription refills

      • Promote and assist with New Year coupon opt-ins

    • Accurately document all interactions and outcomes in the CRM or internal systems

    • Identify and escalate insurance-related or refill barriers to the appropriate teams

    • Maintain daily outreach goals and support broader team performance metrics

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with support, pharmacy, and operations teams as needed

    • Provide a positive and empathetic patient experience throughout every interaction

    Qualifications:
    • 1–2 years of experience in a customer service, outreach, or healthcare support role (pharmacy or insurance experience a plus)

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Comfortable using CRM tools, phone systems, and digital communication platforms

    • Ability to handle confidential patient information in compliance with HIPAA and company policies

    • Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment
