Position Summary

As the NATURIUM Interim Operations Project Manager, you will manage projects across operations. You will manage the end to end global retailer expansion projects, systems related projects and other company initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

- Maintain project plans including dependencies, owners, deadlines and durations in Smartsheets. This is inclusive of domestic and global timelines.

- Sustain existing project tracker and enforce regular use of it.[FA1] 

- Understand project nuances and learn where to reduce time in partnership with cross functional teams.

- Understand and flag project risks and present options to mitigate risks.

- Maintain project dashboards and other helpful visuals (slides for presentations) to communicate information quickly and effectively, and ‘at-a-glance’ for all stakeholders.

- Ensure information and status is communicated effectively to all interested parties both internal and external to the organization.

- Ensure timely completion of key projects milestones and promote effective communication cross functionally.

- Manage timely project status meetings internally and externally. Provide clear agendas, actions items and recaps to all attendees. These meetings include:

- Weekly team meeting with Product Development, Packaging and Operations

- Bi-weekly New Product Development meeting with Naturium cross-funtional team

- Weekly supplier touch bases

 

 

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills, both oral & written

- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, Word, Excel, GSuite apps, and Slack

- Must be a self-starter who demonstrates strong initiative and exceptional management skills

- Exemplary organizational skills, working on multiple projects simultaneously

- Impeccable attention to detail while maintaining a balance between discipline and agility

- Manage multiple communication channels including Slack, Gmail, Voice, Text, Smartsheets and Wrike
