THE TEAM
The Luxclusif Corporate Strategy & PMO team is a newly established team that will be responsible for helping to define and deliver Luxclusif’s strategic priorities by leading the annual planning and OKR processes, managing a portfolio of cross-functional, high-impact projects, and providing strategic advice to business areas.
THE ROLE
Please note: This is a 12m FTC role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
In this position you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering strategic projects that will positively shape the future of Luxclusif. The role will be very cross-functional and focussed on prioritising and managing high-impact initiatives, so we are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal, project management and critical thinking skills.
The ideal candidate is someone who excels in both strategic thinking (i.e. shaping the direction of projects and ensuring we prioritise the most impactful initiatives), and project execution (i.e. driving the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects). We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, but who does so in a collaborative and diplomatic way and ensures that all key stakeholders are brought along on the journey. The role will report to Luxclusif´s Head of Corporate Strategy & PMO.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Oversee of a portfolio of cross-functional, high-impact projects to ensure they are successfully delivered in line with expectations (the PMO project portfolio)
Project manage key strategic, cross-functional projects
Develop and iterate project and PMO documents and processes, ensuring they are aligned with best practise
Develop business cases to assess the expected impact of potential projects to inform the project prioritisation process
Conduct analysis to identify areas of opportunity for improvements and efficiencies
Create reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and the performance of the PMO project portfolio
WHO YOU ARE
Experienced in portfolio and project management, with a track record of delivering impactful cross-functional projects
Strong interpersonal skills, including confidence working with senior stakeholders and mediating project conflicts
Highly organised
Strong critical thinking skills, with experience of leveraging data and insights to create reports and business cases
Confident working autonomously
Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Flexible and collaborative with a “can-do” attitude
