Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, tracking, and resolving interface issues between disciplines and contractors.
- Maintain and update interface documentation, such as interface registers, matrices, and logs.
- Coordinate interface meetings and communicate interface-related information to relevant parties.
- Support the Interface Manager in interface control and quality assurance activities.
- Monitor progress and report interface status, risks, and potential conflicts.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure alignment of schedules and activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of interface management processes and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- 12 years of experience in interface management or project coordination within construction or engineering projects.
- Good knowledge of interface processes and project coordination principles.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with project management software and documentation tools.
- Attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Skills Required
