What you will do

Kenvue is recruiting for an Interface Reconciliation Analyst for its Finance Operations Global Hub team. As a member of our Finance Operations team, you will have exclusive access to a network of financial professionals worldwide. This role is part of Finance Operations with the successful candidate being a valuable contributor to the Interface Reconciliation team. The Analyst is responsible for supporting Kenvue’s Interface Reconciliation processes in compliance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team for all activities related to Interface Reconciliation
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations.
  • Support ongoing improvements and automation projects within the accounting team.
  • Remain updated with industry trends, changes in accounting rulings, and latest technologies.
  • Other tasks delegated by the Team Lead/Manager

Compliance:

  • Assist in any audit process raised by Legal Entity Controllership.
  • Adhere to the strong internal controls in place to achieve “adequate” internal and external audit ratings.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels 
  • Be open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologies 
  • Be organized and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines. 
  • Willing to work on day shift, for APAC scope

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in SAP, Excel, and other Microsoft tools are good to have
  • Experience in a Interface, Procurement & General Accounting, or Financial Reporting department desirable 
  • 0-2 years of experience in accounting, problem solving, process improvement, and communication
  • Solid US GAAP accounting knowledge preferrable 
  • Fluent English proficiency
