- You will perform booking of all reviewed and approved IBS/Intercompany invoices in SAP accurately and on time.
- You will handle daily tasks related to obtaining the necessary details for posting invoices in SAP.
- You will complete all assigned IBS/Intercompany tasks during the closing process to support an accurate and timely month-end close.
- You will review and monitor IBS/Intercompany invoice processing compliance based on agreed terms, company policies, and controls.
- You will review and ensure all invoices are processed and matched for payment in accordance with agreed terms.
- You will coordinate with different departments and stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve IBS/Intercompany-related issues.
- You will respond promptly to requests such as invoice copy requests and invoice status inquiries.
- You will compile and maintain received invoices for proper archiving and record management.
- You have 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable and general accounting.
- You have experience in data entry and data management within a high-volume environment.
- You have experience using computer applications, particularly Excel, and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- You have experience in vendor account reconciliation, GL reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
