Tasks and Qualifications:Your Responsibility: 

• Depending on your experience, you’ll be responsible for support the IC HUB Team in performing daily tasks in the following areas:

• IC invoices processing,

• IC Reconciliation, IC Accruals, Netting (In/Outside TM5),

• Month-end activities,

• KPI Reporting,

• Assisting in the preparation of control reports and their analysis,

• Ensuring processing of financial documents in accordance with applicable regulations and local procedures,

• Resolving customer queries relating Intercompany processes as specified by the relevant SLAs,

• Preparing and updating procedures,

• Regular contact with the local entities (taking part in regular and ad-hoc calls),

• Actively engage in sharing best practices with other.

• Support Team Leader in a daily operations, preparing ad hoc reports and analysis.

• Participation in joint, multinational projects and initiatives according to the current needs.

Your Skills and Expertise: 

• You have an analytical mind and pay attention to details,

• Experience in handling accounting processes (AP, AR or GL),

• You speak English to a communicative degree,

• You know MS Excel on a very good level,

• Very good knowledge and understanding of E2E Intercompany process,

• Ability to adapt and learn fast, remain focused in changing environment, multitask, prioritize, and work to key deadlines,

• Knowledge of Italian at minimum B1 level will be an asset.
