As an Intercompany Finance Manager at Broadridge, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring seamless management and delivery of financial statements, compliance, and strategic financial guidance. This position is pivotal to our global finance strategy, aligning financial goals with organizational objectives and driving business performance through insightful analysis and leadership.
The Intercompany Finance Manager is responsible for the overall integrity and accuracy of accounting, compliance, and financial reporting primarily on the Global Intercompany process. This role ensures robust internal controls, corporate governance requirements, and alignment with global accounting policies and standards. Leading a team of three finance professionals, the Finance Manager will drive excellence in financial operations for the Global Intercompany area, streamline processes, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
This position requires a deep understanding of financial drivers (specific to Intercompany process overall), excellent analytical skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to lead with clarity and purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership & Reporting
Provide expert financial guidance to the Intercompany COE Team and collaborate with broader controllership teams
Prepare and deliver internal management reports covering monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results to the Global Intercompany Process Owner
Draft insightful commentaries for Global Intercompany Process Owner/Senior Leadership to support strategic decision-making
Intercompany Analysis & Reconciliation
Conduct detailed analysis and reconciliation of intercompany balances across multiple legal entities
Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data across global operations
Process Ownership & Optimization
Ensure accurate monthly management accounts under US GAAP are delivered within established deadlines
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, review and approve Journal Entries in Oracle Fusion. Act as a point of escalation for accounting issues within your domain
Lead end-to-end ownership of intercompany invoicing
Review and manage Indirect Tax reporting calculations and filings, collaborating with external partners as necessary
Partner with tax advisors to secure corporate tax compliance and efficient filing of returns
Collaborate with senior finance members to maintain compliance in critical areas such as transfer pricing and Sarbanes-Oxley legislation, including coordination with external advisors
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across Finance operations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Engage in additional projects and duties as requested by Management.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Lead and mentor a dynamic team of three, providing supervision, coaching, and support to foster a high-performance culture
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages learning and growth
Act as a role model for analytical rigor and professional communication
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and nurture strong relationships with key contacts across the organization
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and execution of financial strategies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Successful track record in managing and developing high-performing teams, including remote team members.
Proven ability to deliver consistently high levels of productivity, efficiency, and quality
Strong relationship-building skills to foster teamwork and earn trust
Demonstrated capacity for process improvement and handling complex situations
Fluency in English and proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Oracle Fusion and PowerBi is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multinational environment.
