The Accounts Receivable Analyst (intercompany) is responsible for ensuring the proper management of the customer portfolio through accurate payment application, balance reconciliation, follow-up on overdue accounts, and the generation of financial reports. This role is key to guaranteeing cash flow and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on accounts receivable for the Intercompany market of Nissan Mexicana and NIBU.
Monitor and analyze aging balances to identify risks and recovery opportunities, while developing and enhancing collection strategies to maximize overdue portfolio recovery.
Prepare periodic reports on account statements, aging balances, and financial analysis.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings.
Address internal and external audit requirements.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accounting or related roles.
Hard Skills:
Excel Intermediate (fórmulas, tablas dinámicas, Vlookups)
SAP experience preferred (FI & MM Modules)
Power Bi and Tableau (desirable)
Language: English - Intermediate or Advanced
