A Service & Interaction Design Analyst supports deliveries such as: user flows, prototypes, low to high fidelity UI designs, interaction flows, design driven solutions, and customer journeys, to effectively communicates expected behavior, user experience, and ideation. They should be able to support leadership in multiple projects. Is expected to contribute in the coordination and execution of design tasks.
Basic Requirements

4 years of relevant experience in User Experience and User Interaction Interface supporting, design, UI, etc digital products

It is required to fluently speak English and

Strong English Skills for Business (Written and Spoken)

Problem solving skills andmethodologies as Design Thinking, Design Sprints, Agile, problem framing and solution, information gathering, among others.

Background on Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Business Design, Service Design, Product Design, User Research or similar.

Knowledge in wireframing and prototyping tools Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.

Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite tools as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Knowledge in digital solutions, accessibility, digital design trends, and working with interdisciplinary teams such as development

or implementation teams.

Knowledge designing for mobile platform iOS guidelines, Material Design and Responsive Web Design .
