As a Product Manager in the Intelligent Solutions product line, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
A cohesive customer experience is created through innovative capabilities, including Business Process and Decision Management, Robotics and Workflow Automation, Data Transformation and Business Intelligence to rapidly accelerate the delivery of business outcomes at scale. You will be instrumental in the development, implementation, and continual improvement of automation processes within our organization. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of Workflow Automation capabilities to ensure our automation solutions meet business needs and add significant value.
Job responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to increase workflow automation adoption and proficiency across the organization.
  • Lead the development and execution of the Power Automate strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of automation projects, from ideation through to deployment and post-launch support.
  • Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
  • Measure and report on the impact of automation initiatives, using data to inform future strategies


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in technology-driven projects, with a focus on automation.
  • Expert knowledge of Power Automate and the broader Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong understanding of business process modelling and reengineering.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

About the Team
The Chief Technology Office oversees enabling components inclusive of the top quality engineering and architecture tools and practices, key program management and processes as well as the technology workforce strategy required to make us a leading technology company for our customers, clients and colleagues around the world.
