We are seeking an Intelligence Planner (Intelligence Plans Integration/Partnership Specialist) with an active TS/SCI clearance w/ Poly for a contract to be awarded around October 2026.
In this role, you will:
  • Provide full-range coordination with command partners, both foreign and domestic, to inform the intelligence Directorate leadership, assisting them in strategic decision-making and building of intelligence/information flow. Activities include, but are not limited to: Managing portfolios of foreign and domestic partners for various governmental requirements; utilizing the interagency process to enable information sharing agreements; coordinating within the command, IC, and USG to enable whole of government strategic decision-making.
  • Identify intelligence, coordinate its release, and deconflict with other agencies to ensure the maximum free flow of intelligence between partners.
  • Assess partnership potential and recommend future partners to pursue; assess current partners and recommend next steps in partnership development.
  • Collect information about command partner concerning cyber intelligence capabilities and needs and develop strategies to establish, develop, and maintain partnerships enabling enhanced analytic production and achievement of command strategies.
Required Education & Experience:
  • Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category or a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years as a substitute for the Master's degree.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly
Pay Range: There are many factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The pay range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000/year
 

Skills Required

  • Master's degree in a related field OR Bachelor's degree in a related field plus additional experience as specified
  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with a portion within the last 2 years
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Experience coordinating with foreign and domestic command partners and interagency processes to enable information sharing
  • Experience identifying, coordinating, and deconflicting intelligence release among agencies
  • Experience assessing partnership potential and recommending partnership development steps
  • Experience collecting information on partner cyber intelligence capabilities and developing strategies to build partnerships
