BLUEHAWK, LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Intelligence Management Specialist to provide integrated intelligence and mission-administrative support to DIA analysts, engineers, scientists, and operational personnel. The specialist will coordinate taskers, correspondence, read-ahead materials, records, access, logistics, facilities, and IT requirements that enable timely mission execution.
Responsibilities- Provide intelligence and administrative support across multiple intelligence disciplines and mission activities.
- Review documents for accuracy and assist staff with accessing, coordinating, consolidating, and formatting information.
- Administer and track requests for information, task actions, reports, briefings, and formal or informal taskers through completion.
- Prepare correspondence and supporting documents in accordance with the DIA Correspondence Manual.
- Create read-ahead materials and meeting books for official functions, leadership engagements, and mission meetings.
- Coordinate with security personnel to confirm guest access and support visit requirements.
- Provide cross-domain data-transfer and intelligence-dissemination support in accordance with approved procedures.
- Track and process military awards and evaluations.
- Support property accountability, logistics, space management, facility requirements, and IT needs; coordinate follow-up with DO HQ, FLS, CIO, and other mission-support providers.
- Maintain accurate status records and provide timely updates to customers and leadership.
- 8 years of experience providing intelligence mission support, executive support, program coordination, task management, or administrative support in a DoD or Intelligence Community environment.
- Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph (TS/SCI CI Poly clearance preferred.)
- Experience tracking RFIs, taskers, reports, briefings, correspondence, and suspense dates.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, customer service, and written communication skills.
- Must comply with applicable DoD, DIA, Intelligence Community, security, records-management, and information-handling requirements.
- Must be able to work independently in a high-tempo operational environment, manage competing priorities, and meet Government-directed timelines.
- Must communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing, and produce accurate, properly formatted deliverables.
- May be required to attend Government-approved functional training, workshops, meetings, or conferences and to perform other related duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of DIA correspondence, records, security, access, dissemination, and cross-domain procedures.
- Experience supporting property, logistics, facilities, space, military awards, evaluations, or IT requirements.
- Experience preparing executive read-ahead books and senior-leader meeting materials.
- Work is performed in support of DIA Directorate for Operations mission requirements and may involve classified systems and information.
