As an Intelligence Automation Business Analyst, you will use AI-assisted development tools to translate complex business requirements into structured Markdown Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and validate AI-generated code. Working with your team of engineers, architects, developers, and scientists, and alongside user experience specialist and product managers, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products to users and clients. This position is located in Atlanta, GA.

You Have:
3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Manager in an agile software development environment
2+ years of experience with AI‑assisted coding and product design tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Figma AI
Ability to translate stakeholder needs into detailed, context‑rich product requirement documents (PRDs), including user stories and acceptance criteria using Given, When, and Then formatting
Knowledge of prompt engineering fundamentals such as Role, Context, Constraints, or Output Format
Knowledge of Agile delivery practices and standard Markdown or Git workflows
Ability to review code syntax, understand basic API integrations, and collaborate effectively with engineering teams
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree

Experience defining AI‑specific performance metrics such as hallucination thresholds, latency targets, or model quality criteria
Experience driving AI‑assisted PRD‑to‑code workflows, including setting rules, constraints, and project scopes in AI development environments
Experience conducting structured code reviews of AI‑generated outputs and validating alignment to modern architecture standards
Ability to synthesize multi‑disciplinary feedback such as UX, Legal, or Engineering into rapid product iterations

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
