What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):
Conduct research and analysis using both classified and open-source information
Perform identity resolution and data analysis in support of national security screening and vetting activities
Evaluate biographic, biometric, and derogatory data across various government systems
Support coordination and information sharing across federal partners and stakeholders
Contribute to data quality efforts, validation processes, and analytical reporting deliverables
Provide operational and programmatic support to mission activities
Operate in shift-based or high-tempo environments aligned with mission needs
Analyze trends, patterns, and emerging risks to support decision-making
Assist with documentation, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):
Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain SCI with a CI Polygraph
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and research capabilities
Ability to collaborate effectively within mission-focused teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in an operational setting
Requirements may vary depending on the position but generally include:
- Experience in intelligence, national security, law enforcement, or related operational environments
Demonstrated ability to conduct research and analysis across multiple data sources and systems
Familiarity with intelligence lifecycle processes, analytical methodologies, or mission support operations
Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-demand environments
Familiarity with intelligence databases, research tools, or analytical platforms
Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience supporting federal law enforcement, intelligence community, or national security programs
Experience working in multi-agency or interagency environments
Experience supporting shift-based or operational mission environments
