About IntellaQuest

IntellaQuest is a mission-critical software platform used by manufacturers to manage quality, safety, and compliance across their operations. Our system helps companies standardize workflows, meet regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO), and replace manual processes with structured, auditable systems.

We serve global manufacturers across industries like automotive, chemicals, energy, and electronics—supporting both plant-level teams and corporate leaders in running safer, more consistent operations. Our platform is modular, allowing customers to start with core quality management and expand into areas like audits, training, supplier management, and environmental health & safety.

With ~50 employees and a high-performing engineering hub in Skopje, Macedonia, IntellaQuest combines strong product-market fit and customer retention with a significant opportunity to scale. Backed by Alpine Investors and ASG, we are entering our next phase of growth—focused on building a modern SaaS engine across go-to-market, product, and operations.

As part of ASG, IntellaQuest is backed by Alpine Investors. ASG acquires market-leading vertical SaaS companies and accelerates their transformation into AI-native platforms.

Job Description
IntellaQuest has a strong product, exceptional customer retention, and an engineering organization that has successfully delivered for more than a decade. Product direction has historically been driven by technical leadership and deep customer intuition rather than a formal product organization. That approach has served the business well.

As IntellaQuest enters its next phase of growth, we are creating our first executive Product organization. We are looking for a Vice President of Product to become the company's most senior product leader, reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the executive leadership team. This leader will own product strategy, roadmap, and product management while building the product function from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to build—not inherit. You'll establish the operating cadence, product processes, customer discovery discipline, and organizational structure that will define how the product is run for years to come. You'll serve as the executive voice of the customer, partnering closely with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation to ensure product investments solve meaningful customer problems while supporting the company's growth objectives.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable thinking strategically at the executive level and rolling up their sleeves to drive product execution. You thrive in ambiguity, enjoy building organizations from scratch, and naturally balance customer empathy with strong product conviction. You'll travel regularly to customers and to our engineering team in Skopje while helping establish a world-class product organization

You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will:

  • Own IntellaQuest's product vision, strategy, and roadmap as the company's first executive product leader, partnering directly with the CEO to shape the future of the business.
  • Build and lead the Product organization from the ground up, establishing product management processes, operating rhythms, KPIs, and hiring the team over time.
  • Drive company-wide product prioritization, balancing customer needs, commercial opportunities, technical investment, and long-term platform strategy.
  • Serve as the executive voice of the customer through frequent customer engagement, translating complex manufacturing, quality, and compliance workflows into intuitive software solutions.
  • Partner as a peer with Engineering leadership to create healthy product and engineering collaboration while ensuring customer outcomes remain at the center of product decisions.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Engineering to align product strategy with company growth objectives.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop future Product Managers while remaining hands-on as the company's first product leader.
  • Shape how AI capabilities are incorporated into both the product roadmap and the way the product organization operates, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate your own effectiveness.

We’re Excited About You Because:

  • You have been the senior-most product leader in a B2B SaaS organization, owning product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution through meaningful company growth.
  • You have built or transformed a Product organization and know how to establish scalable product processes while remaining hands-on when needed.
  • You have successfully partnered with CEOs and executive leadership teams to shape business strategy and drive company-wide alignment.
  • You have developed products for complex, operations-driven enterprise customers, ideally in manufacturing, EHS, quality management, supply chain, or adjacent industrial software.
  • You have successfully built products for upper mid-market or enterprise customers and understand the demands of complex B2B SaaS environments.
  • You are an exceptional cross-functional leader who can influence Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders while balancing strategic thinking with decisive execution.
  • You actively leverage AI to improve both product strategy and your own productivity, applying strong judgment when evaluating AI-generated output and using modern AI tools responsibly.
  • You possess a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, thrive in ambiguity, and are excited by the opportunity to build an executive Product function from the ground up.
